About MTF Holdings

Founded in 2005, MTF Holdings is a Bentonville, Arkansas based incubator of small businesses and a coach to early-stage start-ups.

Prior to founding MTF Holdings, Matt Fifer spent 13 years serving in a variety of key leadership roles in the areas of Operations, Marketing, Human Resources and in Mergers & Acquisitions while working both in the U.S. and abroad for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.

After leaving Wal-Mart in 2005, Matt co-founded Cornerstone Productions, a Bentonville, Arkansas based Marketing Services Company. As this business grew, Matt began to participate in the launching of additional service-oriented companies, forming MTF Holdings as an umbrella company for these and other initiatives including small business coaching and real estate development.

Today MTF Holdings manages a portfolio which includes (7) companies with operations based in the U.S., Mexico and Chile.

As Managing Director, Matt actively participates in managing each business within the existing portfolio and is constantly evaluating new opportunities. He is also actively involved in collaborating with early-stage start-ups, focusing on launch, growth and exit planning.
